Situated in the warm climate of the Limousin in the rural region of the Creuse. The property is set in eleven acres of secluded landscaped grounds.   Set well away from any main road (although easy to find with the directions supplied).  The only neighbours you are likely to see are cows grazing in the nearby fields,  making this an ideal setting for a quiet week of fishing away from it all.  This is what Carp fishing in France is all about.

The beautiful Island Lake

The lake is stocked with Carp to 44lbs plus Catfish.

The lake is spring fed with a silt bottom, with depths ranging from 2ft-8ft and snag free.   The lake is limited to 5 anglers.  Ground bait is available, please state amount when booking your trip.

You are offered a drive and survive or a drive and survive with meals included (brunch and evening meal).  Alternatively our local village is within walking distance and a bar, village shop and bakery.  Also available for your comfort is a 4/5 berth caravan which has TV.  A shower block with English toilet is also onsite.  A purpose built BBQ and picnic area to enjoy your dining and make the most of the beautiful scenery and tranquil atmosphere.
